The Genesis Framework is a theme framework for WordPress by StudioPress. Originally designed and developer by Brian Gardner, the themes support a parent and child theme model to allow for editing of theme files without destroying your WordPress install.
The framework and themes are very popular amongst some of WordPress more popular characters and shakers.
