Bailey’s Print Co is a family-run printer in Nunawading, in Melbourne’s east. Brendan and Rebecca Bailey have been printing for close to twenty years, and they started with printers set up in their lounge room. Their specialty is funeral and memorial stationery: order of service booklets, memorial cards, bookmarks and thank-you cards, printed quickly and with care for families and funeral directors. They also print wedding stationery and everyday business printing. The website needed to let a grieving family choose a design and place an order without a trip to the shop.
What we did
We designed and built the site and wrote the copy. The heart of it is an online catalogue of memorial and wedding designs. A customer picks a design, enters the wording and photos on the page, and Bailey’s sends back a proof by email for approval before anything is printed. Files can be uploaded directly, there is an order form for funeral directors, and orders are delivered Australia-wide or collected from the studio.
Ongoing work
We look after the site and its search presence month to month. In 2026 we refreshed the home page, wrote a guide to funeral stationery, gave each funeral product its own page, rebuilt the memorial cards page as a gallery of all 106 designs and wrote a description for every one of them. Brendan gets a weekly ranking report and a monthly report with an audio summary.
The result
Visitors are staying longer and reading more. In September 2026 the average visit from Google lasted three minutes, up from two minutes twenty a year earlier. In July 2026 the site reached first place on Google for “funeral stationery printing”.
