On existing websites
All new clients start with a fresh website build. This isn’t arbitrary — the results from SEO, speed, email, and ads all depend on the technical quality of the foundation. If we’re responsible for your results, we need to be responsible for what those results are built on.
In some cases, where a current WordPress site is technically solid, we’ll consider working with it. We assess this on the discovery call and give you a straight answer.
Common questions
How long does the website build take?
Typically 2–4 weeks from the discovery call to launch, depending on how quickly content and approvals come from your side. We’ll give you a realistic timeline at the start.
Do I own the website?
Yes — the WordPress CMS, your content, your email list, and your site design all belong to you. We manage the hosting infrastructure. After your 6-month minimum term, you can move everything to any host you choose.
What if I already have a website?
Our standard is a fresh build. If your existing WordPress site is technically sound, we’ll sometimes work with it — but we assess this on the discovery call, not before. Most existing sites don’t meet the technical standard required to deliver the results we’re accountable for.
What does “flexible content” mean exactly?
Your monthly content allowance can be used however makes sense for your business. On Growth (4 pieces/month), you might do 3 blog posts and 1 newsletter, or 2 of each, or 4 blog posts with no newsletter that month. You tell us the mix at the start of each month.
Can I cancel after 6 months?
After the minimum 6-month term, you can pause or cancel with 30 days notice. We don’t hold clients who aren’t seeing value — though in our experience, most stay because the results compound after month 3 or 4.
Do you work with businesses outside Melbourne?
Yes — we work with Australian businesses nationally. The service is delivered remotely. Client relationships are managed via email, phone, and video calls.
