AI Website Manager
An AI assistant for the people managing your website
Running a website means drafts in one tool, search reports in another, update notices from a third and maintenance tasks that live in someone’s head. An AI Website Manager helps your team pull selected workflows together and shows them what needs a decision.
Businesses we have worked with
Start with one task that wastes your team’s time
A content draft that needs the current service information, an update notice that should become a maintenance task, or a search report that nobody reads and that should become a short summary tied to the pages it concerns. Each is a workflow with an information source, an output and an owner.
We build the assistant around the tasks you select and the connections your tools support, then test how it behaves before your team relies on it.
The starting rule is that the assistant monitors and recommends, and a person approves before anything changes. Where a routine action is safe to automate, it can be agreed explicitly, with limits, checks and a way to stop it.
Example
A plugin update is waiting. I have drafted a maintenance task to apply it and test the checkout afterwards.
Approve
Not now
The assistant recommends. A person approves before anything changes.
Where the assistant helps
Content
Prepares drafts, flags material that needs review and suggests changes based on your approved brand and business guidance. Publishing still goes through the approval process you set.
SEO
Summarises the connected search reports, drafts titles and descriptions, suggests internal links and keeps a work list with an owner against each item.
Security checks
Summarises findings from your existing monitoring tools and routes each issue to the person responsible for it. Explaining a finding and fixing it are two different jobs, and the assistant does the first.
Maintenance
Reviews the connected update and backup information, prepares the tasks and helps with the routine actions you have permitted. Every completed action gets a recorded result.
Work records
Shows what was suggested, approved, completed or failed, and what the next human decision is. Anything it cannot handle goes to a named person.

We match access to the task, naming the users, the connected systems, the information the assistant may read and the people who approve each kind of change.
For any automatic action, the exact operation, its limits, the checks before it runs and the way to stop it are all written down. Publishing, software changes, data changes and security settings each get their own explicit treatment.

The people stay responsible
Reading a search report is not running an SEO campaign, and reading backup status is not hosting the site or restoring it. Technical care, security response and development still need named people, and the proposal says whether those people are us, your team or another supplier.
We provide the operating guidance and support in the proposal, and we document any change to what the assistant can see or do. Your team keeps ownership of the business facts, the content approvals and every decision the plan assigns to it.
From a chosen workflow to a working assistant
We start with your site, your tools, the people who will use the assistant and the recurring task you want to hand it, and we set the sources and permissions before building anything. Testing covers ordinary requests, requests the assistant should refuse and what happens when something fails.
What this does not include
AI Website Manager is for owners and website teams. Customer-facing chatbots are not part of the offer. Initial repairs, custom connections, continuous human supervision and incident cover are separate. Hosting, SEO campaigns and content production are not included just because the assistant can read their reports. The proposal lists the assistant management, external subscriptions, usage and any human work that is included.
Questions about AI Website Manager
Can it use the existing website and tools?
That depends on what your tools can connect to. The connections are checked first and the supported workflows named in the proposal.
Can it make changes without asking?
Not by default. Approval before changes is the starting rule, and a specific automatic task can be agreed with limits, checks and a named owner.
Is it the same as AI Search?
No. AI Search looks outward, at how external assistants describe and cite your business. AI Website Manager looks inward, helping your own team manage the website.
What information does it use?
Only the sources and permissions defined for each workflow. It does not get open access to the website or to customer information.
What happens when use stops?
Documentation, ownership, account access and exit arrangements are settled before delivery, including how connections and permissions are removed or handed over.
