We look at the site as it is before either begins. A review of how it loads, how its journeys work, what it tells people and search engines and who owns each part gives you a report and recommendations before any build is proposed.
Website Design and Development
For a website that is not doing its job. We review the current site first, then design and develop a focused improvement or a new website or online store that you can edit yourself. Booking rules and accounting links are built inside the project.
Hosting and Site Management
For when the site needs someone responsible for it. We host it, apply updates, keep backups, monitor it and check that the forms and checkout still work, and you know who to call when something goes wrong.

SEO
For being found by the right customers in search. We look at the technical condition of the site, the pages that should be answering customer questions and what the search data shows, then make the changes and report what moved.

For knowing what AI assistants say about your business, and changing it. Also called AI visibility, GEO (generative engine optimisation), AI SEO or answer engine optimisation (AEO). We record where you appear, make the changes and ask the same questions again.

For service pages, articles, case studies and buying guides. We write from the reader’s questions and your expertise, in your voice, with every fact checked against a source you can point to.
AI Website Manager
For owners and teams who manage content, SEO, maintenance and security checks. We build an assistant around selected tasks, with named information sources, permissions and a person who approves each change.
When several services need to connect
A rebuild often needs new copy and a hosting move. Search work turns up a missing page or a technical fault that someone has to fix. When that happens, one coordinated plan gives each task an owner and a review date, and we list shared work once in the proposal so you are not paying for it twice.
