SEO
Help the right customers find your business
Someone types a question into Google. SEO is the work that makes your page the one that answers it. The technical condition of your site, what your service pages say and how the pages link to each other all decide whether that happens.
Businesses we have worked with
Start with the customers and questions that matter
Traffic on its own does not tell you whether the website is bringing in the enquiries you want. A visitor needs enough information to understand the service, decide whether it fits them and know what to do next, and a page that ranks for the wrong question brings the wrong visitor.
We use search data and your business priorities together to find the pages worth improving, then prepare a work plan that names who makes each change.
Where SEO work can make a difference
Technical condition
Search engines need to reach your pages and work out what each one is about. We check page addresses, the settings that control whether a page is listed and the structured data describing the page, looking for anything that stops good content being found.
Service and supporting pages
Titles, headings, explanations and internal links should reflect the questions customers ask. A service page and an article do different jobs, so we give each one a distinct purpose instead of letting them compete for the same search.
Local business information
Where local search matters, accurate business facts and service-area information tell search engines who you serve and where. We check that those facts say the same thing on your site and in your business listings.
Completed work and measurement
We report what changed, which pages or questions we are tracking and what the evidence shows. Where the measurement exists, we include enquiries or sales as well, because those are the numbers you care about.

View the projectSearch and AI answers share the same foundations
A customer who asks Gemini or ChatGPT instead of typing a search is still being answered from web pages. The assistant has to reach the page, read it and decide that it answers the question, which is the same test a search engine applies. For Google the link is direct, because AI Overviews and AI Mode draw on the same index as the results beneath them. A page that is blocked, slow or vague fails in both places at once.
So SEO work does two jobs. Fixing crawler access, writing service pages that answer a real question and keeping business facts consistent make the site easier to rank and easier for an assistant to quote. Our AI Search service records what the assistants say and what moved, and when you take both, the shared tasks appear once in one plan.

Connect recommendations to the people making changes
SEO touches writing, design and development, and a recommendation nobody implements is worth nothing. Every item in the plan has an implementation owner and a way to check the result.
We carry out the included work and record its progress. You provide business knowledge, access and approvals, and where your own developer makes a change, the plan shows that responsibility.

What this does not include
New articles, substantial rewriting and large catalogue work are quoted through the content writing and copywriting service. Outreach, additional technical projects, extra locations and business-profile management are scoped separately. AI Search is its own service with its own method, and paid advertising is outside SEO altogether. Nobody can guarantee rankings, visits or sales, and we do not.
Questions about SEO
Does search work require a rebuild?
Most search work happens inside the existing site. The first review finds the improvements possible there, and we only suggest a rebuild when the wider requirements call for one.
Can content be included?
Yes. The proposal names the writing or rewriting, how much of it, the review rounds and who publishes it.
Can the work involve our existing developer?
Yes. We assign each technical task to the right person, and the plan states who implements it and how we check it.
How is SEO different from AI Search?
SEO looks at how your site performs in search engines. AI Search also records the answers AI assistants give and compares the sources they cite. When you take both, we list the shared improvement tasks once.
How long do results take?
The plan sets work and review dates. How quickly results move depends on the site, the changes we make and how search engines respond, so we report progress as the evidence comes in instead of promising a date.
Are rankings or enquiries guaranteed?
No. Search engines and customers make their own choices. We define the work and the measurement, and positions, visits and sales stay outside anyone’s control.
